| Diural Variation In Blood Carboxyhaemo - Globin levels In Indian Cigarette Smokers D Behera, S Dash, M Dinakar August 1992, 10(3):103-104Blood carboxyhaemoglobin levels estimated in 10 healthy asymptomatic cigarette smokers revealed a mean of 8.32±1.37% in the early morning after an abstinence period of 9.0±1.17 hrs. After the smoking of four cigarettes the level was 15.27±2.1%. the data revealed a higher basal COHb levels in smokers that increases further after smoking. |
