A case of 55 years man with tubercular Lymphadenitis and co-existent lymphoma is reported. Chronic inflammation of tuberculosis or specific drug exposure could be important factors in inducing p53 mutations or any other chromosomal abnormalities or oncogene production leading to lymphomagenesis. Though exact mechanism of the co-existence of both the diseases remain unknown, some genetic alteration linking the two seems to be the most favourable hypothesis.
